Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us at Zero Gravity Health. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making it necessary to adjust your scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation, no show, or rescheduled appointment made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
  • If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.
  • If you are late and we are still able to accommodate you it will result in you not being able to have your full time slot but you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
  • If you have an outstanding cancellation fee you will NOT be able to make any future appointments until your outstanding cancellation fee has been payed.
  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, or at management’s discretion all or part of your cancellation fee may be voided.
